    How At-Home Biological-Age Testing Works

From kit request and blood collection to laboratory analysis, clinical review, and report delivery.

By Kure Health Clinical Education Team · Reviewed September 22, 2026

    Short answer

An at-home biological-age test uses a mailed collection kit. You collect the specified sample, return it to the laboratory, and receive a report after processing and quality review.

    Before collection

Confirm shipping availability, instructions, turnaround, privacy terms, and what happens if a sample cannot be processed. Follow the kit directions rather than general advice online.

    After the laboratory

A report is more useful when a qualified reviewer explains the method, important findings, limitations, and whether conventional follow-up is appropriate.

    What this means at Kure

AgeCode is one layer of Signal-Based Medicine. We review inherited architecture and methylation patterns alongside current symptoms, history, medications, standard laboratory findings, and other diagnostics. A report supports a clinical conversation; it does not make the decision alone.

Educational information only. Genomic and epigenetic associations do not diagnose disease or guarantee an outcome. Do not change medication or treatment without a qualified clinician.
