Recovery Clinics for Downtown LA Run Clubs, Gyms, and Training Groups
Block-booked recovery and testing for groups that already train together, timed around your regular session, not ours.
- Format: Group clinic blocks
- Timing: Around training weeks
- Location: 621 S Spring Street
The short answer
A Kure Health recovery clinic is a reserved block at 621 S Spring Street in Downtown Los Angeles for a training group, usually six to twenty athletes, scheduled directly after a run, class, or lift inside 8am to 8pm daily hours. A typical block pairs KureSync cardiovascular signal testing with oxygen immersion and physician-directed IV therapy, so athletes get objective recovery data alongside the session. It suits run clubs, gyms, jiu-jitsu academies, cycling groups, and studio teams within walking or short-ride distance of the Historic Core. There are no group packages published; cost is quoted to the organizer after a short call.

Who these clinics are built for
Groups that already have a standing meet time and a leader who can commit a date, and athletes who want data instead of another recovery trend.
Run clubs meeting downtown who want a post-long-run recovery block within a few blocks of the route.
Gyms, CrossFit boxes, and strength studios scheduling a recovery week or a testing day for members.
Jiu-jitsu, boxing, and combat sport academies managing camp fatigue before a competition date.

What a group clinic includes
KureSync cardiovascular testing
Non-invasive cardiovascular signal capture per athlete, with a plain-language readout of what the numbers mean for load and recovery.
Oxygen immersion blocks
Kaqun oxygen immersion sessions run in sequence through the reserved window, with intake safety checks for each athlete.
IV therapy after hard sessions
Physician-directed hydration and micronutrient protocols selected per athlete rather than a single group formula.
Baseline and repeat testing
Groups can test at the start of a training block and repeat later, which is where the data becomes useful.
One roster, one contact
The organizer sends a roster once. We handle intake forms, arrival windows, and reminders for the group.
A short education block
A clinician can spend fifteen minutes with the group on what the testing measures and what recovery actually changes.
Training groups in Downtown LA
Group clinics are timed around training weeks, so testing happens before a build block and recovery lands after the long run or the meet.

Downtown routes and meeting points nearby
The Historic Core is flat, gridded, and easy to finish a route in, which makes a post-session block realistic for groups meeting downtown.

How to set one up
1. Tell us your standing meet time
Most groups slot the clinic right after an existing session so attendance does not depend on a new commitment.
2. Pick the mix
Testing only, sessions only, or both. We recommend based on where the group is in its training block.
3. Run the block
Staggered arrivals, testing and sessions in sequence, and each athlete gets their own readout before leaving.
4. Decide on a repeat
If the group wants trend data, we schedule the repeat date while everyone is still in the room.
Ask about a group clinic
Send the group size, your standing meet time, and what the group is training for. We will propose a block and a testing mix.
