Research
Per Day
Every Cell in Your Body Runs on Oxygen.
Most People Are Running on Empty.
Chronic disease, slow recovery, persistent fatigue, non-healing wounds — the common thread in all of them is hypoxia: insufficient oxygen at the cellular level. Your mitochondria cannot produce energy without adequate oxygenation. Your immune system cannot clear inflammation. Your tissues cannot repair themselves. This is not a theory. It is physiology.
Standard medicine treats the symptoms of oxygen deficit. KureO2 addresses the deficit itself — delivering oxygen and hydrogen directly through your skin at concentrations your cells can actually use. This is not a sauna. Not a float tank. Not traditional hyperbaric. It is oxygen immersion — and the clinical record behind it is European, peer-reviewed, and 10 years deep.

The Science
Oxygen Absorption Through Immersion
Kaqun water is a proprietary formulation that enables oxygen and hydrogen to be absorbed transdermally — through the skin — in a way standard water chemistry does not permit. This is the breakthrough at the center of a decade of European clinical research.
When you immerse in KureO2 water, the elevated oxygen concentration creates a transdermal gradient. Oxygen moves from the water through your skin into subcutaneous tissue and into the bloodstream. Hydrogen, simultaneously absorbed, acts as a selective antioxidant — neutralizing the most damaging free radicals while leaving beneficial reactive oxygen species intact.
The result: systemic oxygen saturation increases. Mitochondrial energy production improves. Inflammatory burden decreases. The body's natural repair mechanisms activate — not because we added something chemical to your bloodstream, but because we gave your cells the signal they have always needed.
Transdermal O₂ Absorption
Oxygen enters through skin, bypassing respiratory limitations entirely.
Mitochondrial Activation
Cells produce ATP more efficiently with increased O₂ availability at the tissue level.
Selective Antioxidant Effect
Hydrogen neutralizes damaging free radicals specifically, without disrupting beneficial ROS.
Reduced Hypoxia
Tissue oxygen levels increase throughout the session and remain elevated for hours after.
Immune System Support
Oxygenated environment strengthens immune response and cellular defense mechanisms.
Your First Session Is $75.
Not a spa promotion. A clinical entry point.
Most people who try KureO2 for the first time have no reference point for what therapeutic oxygen immersion actually does at the cellular level. The $75 first session exists so you can experience it before committing to an intensive program. Not because it is a discount — but because one session will tell you more about your cellular oxygen response than any description we can write.
What happens in that session becomes clinical data. Your provider reviews how you responded — your HRV shift, your energy pattern in the 24 hours after, any inflammatory change — and uses that to sequence KureO2 into your protocol at the right intensity and frequency. The $75 is the beginning of a conversation between your biology and your provider. That conversation is what heals.
"This is not a discounted spa session.
This is a cellular stress test at a price that lets you say yes before you know how much you need it.
After your first session, your provider knows exactly how to use it."
For Those Who Know Kaqun
Familiar With Kaqun Oxygen Therapy?
KureO2 is built on Kaqun dissolved oxygen technology — the same therapeutic science behind Kaqun oxygen baths. Kure Health holds Western Hemisphere EDMA rights to Kaqun technology through Kaqun Advisors and operates the exclusive international destination for Kaqun Oxygen Immersion therapy in Downtown Los Angeles. If you have experienced Kaqun therapy before, or researched it, you already understand the core mechanism. What Kure Health adds is everything that was always missing from the standalone Kaqun experience.
Kaqun, as it has been offered at spa and wellness locations, delivers dissolved oxygen immersion in isolation — without the clinical context that makes it genuinely therapeutic. You get the bath. You may feel something. But without knowing your mitochondrial baseline, your inflammatory signal burden, your lymphatic drainage status, or your phase in a clinical protocol, the session cannot be optimized. It becomes a wellness experience rather than a healing intervention.
KureO2 is Kaqun oxygen therapy the way it was always meant to be used — in 16 private O2 chambers, guided by real-time biological signal data. Your Kure Health provider reviews your KureBioMap™ bioenergetic scan, your AgeCode™ genomic detox profile, and your current 8A Protocol phase before sequencing your KureO2 sessions. This is the evolution of what Kaqun was always trying to do.

Who This Helps
Conditions Improved by Oxygen Immersion
KureO2 is positioned within the 8A Protocol as an A4 AERATE modality — most effective after foundational detoxification and drainage pathways are open. Single sessions and intensive programs are available for anyone seeking the benefits of clinical oxygen immersion.
Chronic Fatigue & CFS
Hypoxia is a primary driver of fatigue at the cellular level. Mitochondrial dysfunction — the inability to produce adequate ATP — is directly tied to oxygen availability.
Wound Healing & Recovery
Elevated tissue oxygenation is the foundational requirement for wound healing. KureO2 supports fibroblast proliferation, collagen synthesis, and angiogenesis.
Autoimmune & Inflammation
Chronic inflammation creates and perpetuates a hypoxic tissue environment. KureO2 breaks this cycle; the hydrogen component selectively reduces the most damaging oxidative species.
Neurological & Brain Fog
Neurons are the most oxygen-dependent cells in the body. Cognitive dysfunction and brain fog associated with post-viral illness, Lyme, and mold toxicity all have hypoxia components.
Athletic Recovery
Accelerated recovery from training, reduced DOMS, improved mitochondrial efficiency. Used by elite athletes in Europe for decades as a primary recovery modality.
Cancer Support (Adjunctive)
Cancer cells are anaerobes — they function in low-oxygen environments. KureO2 is used adjunctively to support immune function and reduce the hypoxic microenvironment cancer prefers. Always under oncologist supervision.
Immune Dysfunction
Immune activation and pathogen clearance both require adequate cellular oxygenation. Particularly relevant for post-viral conditions, chronic infections, and immunocompromised states.
Anti-Aging & Longevity
Biological aging accelerates under mitochondrial inefficiency and oxidative stress. KureO2 addresses both simultaneously — improving oxygen availability while hydrogen neutralizes the free radicals that accelerate cellular aging.
Detoxification Support
Phase II liver detoxification is oxygen-dependent. KureO2 supports the detox pathways that require adequate oxygenation — positioned in the 8A Protocol after drainage pathways are opened.
These statements represent clinical observations and research findings. KureO2 is not FDA-cleared for the treatment of any specific medical condition. Results vary individually. Consult your provider.

What Happens During a KureO2 Session
Intake and Provider Review (15 min)
Before your first session (and daily for intensive program participants), your provider reviews your current signal status — KureBioMap score, active protocol phase, HRV from previous session if applicable. For first-time visitors, a brief health history establishes your baseline.
Immersion Session (50 min)
You are immersed in Kaqun dissolved oxygen water at a therapeutic temperature in a private room. The session is quiet and restorative. Many clients report an immediate sense of cellular calm — a stillness that is distinct from ordinary relaxation. Others feel nothing during the session and notice the effects in the 12–24 hours after.
Post-Session Rest (15 min)
After your session, you are invited to rest in the lounge before departing. For intensive program participants, this recovery window between sessions is part of the protocol design. The body integrates the oxygen shift during rest, not during activity.
Response Review & Protocol Adjustment
Your HRV response in the hours following each session is captured via KureSync for KureOS members. For intensive program participants, your provider reviews this data before your next session and adjusts frequency or duration accordingly.

This Is Not a Spa. It Is a Clinical Ecosystem.
KureO2 at Kure Health is not a wellness service. It is one modality within a comprehensive Signal-Based Medicine program that begins with biological assessment — AgeCode™ genomics, KureBioMap™ bioenergetics, KureBiome™ gut microbiome analysis, KureSync™ HRV monitoring — and progresses through the 8A Protocol, a nine-phase framework designed to restore cellular function systematically. KureO2 is the A4 AERATE modality — deployed after foundational drainage and detox phases because that is when oxygen immersion produces its maximum impact.
You can book a single session and experience the benefits on their own. But if you want the outcome — not just the treatment — the clinical program is how you get there. Intensive program participants often complete A1 through A4 during their program stay. They leave Los Angeles with a full diagnostic picture, a post-program protocol, and a body that is ready to heal.
