    The term Ozempic face entered popular culture because the phenomenon is visually striking and increasingly common. Patients who lose 30, 50, or 80 pounds on semaglutide or tirzepatide often develop a gaunt, aged facial appearance that seems to add a decade or more to their perceived age.
