    Cortisol rhythm disruption is the second most missed cause. EBV reactivation is identified through specific antibody patterns: elevated Early Antigen IgG indicates active replication, while elevated VCA IgM suggests recent reactivation.     Post-COVID fatigue and long COVID have expanded awareness of post-viral syndromes, but the phenomenon is not new.
