How enrollment works
A careful start matters. This page explains the clinical review, paperwork, coordinated care, monitoring and costs so you know what to expect before making a decision.
A clear, supported start
Enrollment begins with a clinician reviewing your history and diagnostics. You receive your care plan, required paperwork and complete costs before anything is scheduled.

Step 1
Clinical eligibility review
A clinician reviews your health history, current care, diagnostic results and safety considerations before deciding whether the program is an appropriate fit. A request does not guarantee enrollment.
Step 2
Your care plan
If you are eligible, your care team explains the proposed schedule, monitoring plan, diagnostics and follow-up. You have time to ask questions before deciding whether to continue.
Step 3
Your physician is central
Your treating physician remains part of the decision. We review relevant records, medications and existing care so the program is coordinated rather than treated as a separate track.
Step 4
Written informed consent
Before the program begins, you review and sign the required consent documents with your clinician. Your questions are answered before you sign, and you receive a copy for your records.
Step 5
Oversight and records
Every dose, call, symptom report and measurement is recorded in your chart at Kure. Adverse events are documented and reviewed by a clinician. Your data is yours, and you can take a copy of all of it with you.
Step 6
Cost is set in writing, in advance
You receive the full program cost and payment terms in writing before you agree to anything, and you are never asked to commit during a phone call.
If you want to be considered
Start with eligibility. It sets out who is considered, what needs to be in place, and what we will not do — then lets you send a request for a clinical review.
