    Returns & Refunds

How to request a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund for a Kure Essentials order.

    Effective September 12, 2026

    Back to the marketplace

    Start a request

Contact info@kurehealth.io with your order number, the item involved, and the reason for your request before sending anything back. We will provide eligibility information and return instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

    Return eligibility

Unless the product page or applicable law provides otherwise, eligible merchandise must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Requests should be made promptly after delivery. Final-sale, personalized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, opened consumable, and gift-card items may be ineligible for return.

    Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item promptly after delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and lot or batch information when available. We will review the information and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.

    Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected or the claim is otherwise approved. Financial institutions control posting time. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

    Cancellations and exchanges

We will try to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. The simplest exchange process may be a return followed by a new order. Subscription cancellation affects future renewals and does not automatically cancel an order already processing.

    Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Product-specific terms shown at purchase control where they provide greater protection.
