Marketplace agreement
By using this marketplace or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the policies linked from this page. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
Products and availability
We work to present product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately. Packaging, color, and appearance may vary. Products may be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfillment.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are displayed before checkout and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are shown during checkout. Payment is processed by our authorized commerce and payment providers. We may cancel or correct an order affected by a pricing, inventory, fraud, or technical error and will address any collected payment.
Subscriptions and recurring orders
When a product is offered as a subscription, the frequency, price, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Changes or cancellation must be completed before the next processing date shown in your account or subscription notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the marketplace, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, or submit fraudulent orders.
- Do not copy or commercially exploit marketplace content, trademarks, photography, or product materials without permission.
- Products are for lawful personal use unless a separate wholesale agreement applies.

To the extent permitted by law, Kure Health Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from marketplace use. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
