Phase 1 — start here
Open the Drain
Move the lymph and warm the tissue before you push anything harder.
About 2 weeks
What this package is for
Almost every cleanse that goes badly goes badly for the same reason: material gets mobilised before there is an open route out. This package is the two weeks nobody sells you.
A lymphatic infusion taken daily, a castor oil therapy used three or four evenings a week, and nothing else. The point is to get bowels regular, tissue warm and drainage moving before a stronger protocol begins.
How to use it
- 1
Daily
One to two cups of the lymphatic infusion, morning and early afternoon.
- 2
3–4 evenings a week
Castor oil pack over the abdomen or liver area, 30 to 60 minutes with gentle heat.
- 3
Throughout
Water up, added sugar and alcohol down, and a daily bowel movement as the marker to hit before moving on.

Measured, not guessed
How we know whether a routine is working
Most of this category asks you to judge a cleanse by how you felt on day four. We do it the other way round. Kure reads the systems these routines support before you start and again after you finish, so the answer comes from your own data instead of a testimonial.
Drainage, inflammation and filtration load
Read by KureBioMap Signal Mapping
Repeat mapping after a protocol shows whether the systems you were supporting actually moved.
Gut terrain, microbial balance and digestive function
Read by KureBiome
The honest way to know whether a parasite or terrain protocol changed anything.
Cellular and biological ageing pace
Read by AgeCode
Slow-moving, so we read it across months rather than weeks.
Autonomic balance, recovery and sleep quality
Read by KureSync wearable tracking
Nervous-system routines show up here first, usually within two to three weeks.
Diagnostics describe patterns in your own data. They are not a diagnosis, and Kure Essentials products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Five things a product has to earn
We are a clinical center that sells tea, and that deserves an explanation. Most of your health happens between visits. Diagnostics tell us which systems need support; these products are the daily layer that supports the same pathways we measure. Nothing reaches a shelf without all five of these being true.
It meets the toxic-free standard
Ingredients and packaging together. No hidden fragrance, no proprietary blends, and nothing in a container that leaches into what you put in or on your body.
Its identity and purity are verified
Every lot is fingerprinted to confirm the plant is what it claims to be, screened by ICP-MS for heavy metals, and tested for microbial safety. Non-irradiated, so the plant chemistry survives.
A practitioner in our family formulates it
Not white-labelled from a catalogue. Formulated in small batches by someone who works with patients and puts her name on the blend.
It maps to a system we measure
Drainage, filtration, digestion, nervous-system recovery, hormonal rhythm, cellular energy. If a product does not correspond to something in your signal map, it has no place here.
It fits a sequence, not a trend
Everything here belongs somewhere in an order of operations — drainage before elimination, support during load, rhythm over intensity. Nothing is stocked because it is popular.
These products support the protocol your care team designs. They never replace it, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the herbal use and safety guide.
